These terms govern your use of the Yuvora iOS app and the yuvora.app website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to us at dev@yuvora.app — we'd rather explain than surprise you.
The service
Yuvora is a family organizer: a shared calendar, family tasks, grocery lists, receipt scanning, school-document import and an AI assistant. Yuvora is currently in beta, distributed through TestFlight, and coming soon to the App Store. Beta software changes quickly — features may be added, modified or removed as we improve the product.
Your account
You sign in with an email address (verified by a one-time code) or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Apple account secure, and for the activity that happens under your Yuvora account.
Families and shared content
Content added to a family space is visible to the members of that family. Only invite people you trust into your family, and only add content you are comfortable sharing with them. The family owner can manage members of the family space.
AI features
Yuvora uses AI to turn photos of receipts and school notices into draft events, tasks, reminders and spending entries. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — that is why every suggestion is presented as a draft for you to review before it is saved. Always double-check important details such as dates, deadlines and amounts against the original document.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Yuvora for anything unlawful or to store content you have no right to store.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security or access other families' data.
- Don't resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
Pricing
Yuvora is free during the beta. We expect to introduce paid subscriptions when the app launches publicly; we will communicate pricing clearly in the app before anything is charged.
Your content
Your family's content stays yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing and syncing your content so the product can function. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Termination
You can stop using Yuvora and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
Yuvora is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app and reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
